Through the work Cybernette, I aim to demonstrate that we have already entered a voluntary, unconscious simulation controlled by artificial intelligence. This piece endeavors to awaken the unconscious, shedding light on the extent to which we have become puppets in today's digital world, essentially embodying the very essence of Cybernette.
The installation presents an interactive chimera/avatar, symbolizing both the author and the viewer's reflections mirrored in one another. It underscores our interconnectedness, where each of us reflects the others and the circumstances that envelop us. This artwork invites participants to explore the shared essence and collective experiences that bind us, highlighting the profound interconnectedness within the tapestry of our lives.
Ponds of Emotions serve as a metaphorical lake where our feelings are symbolically reflected. This artwork offers a chance to encounter Narcissus within ourselves—not merely in reflection but in form—allowing us to perceive our true selves. Simultaneously, it unveils the emotions of others with whom we interact, laying bare the emotional landscape that exists between us.
